Partout Garage was built to fix that. A dedicated, focused marketplace where every single listing is an aftermarket automotive part. Where search actually understands year, make, model, and chassis compatibility. Where buyers are protected through Stripe-powered checkout and sellers earn a verified reputation they can be proud of.

Sellers post their part with photos, fitment details, condition, and price. Listings are always free — Partout Garage earns a small commission only when a sale is completed.
Buyers search by vehicle fitment, browse by category, or use the message system to ask sellers questions. Every listing shows the seller's rating, sales history, and response time.
Buyers pay securely through the platform checkout powered by Stripe. A commission is automatically deducted and the seller receives their net payout within 5-7 days.
Sellers ship within 3 business days and upload a tracking number to the listing. Buyers can monitor their shipment directly from the platform.
After delivery, buyers leave a verified review. Sellers build their reputation over time. Great sellers earn Trusted status and go-live instantly on future listings.

Welcome to Partout Garage. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Partout Garage marketplace platform ("Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Partout Garage. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately terminated. The Platform is currently available to users located in the United States only.
Partout Garage is a marketplace platform only. We facilitate connections between buyers and sellers but are not a party to any transaction. We do not buy, sell, hold, or transfer any goods or funds. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe. Partout Garage collects a commission on each sale which is automatically deducted before funds are released to the seller.
Partout Garage is not responsible for the condition, accuracy, legality, or delivery of any item listed on the platform. Partout Garage acts as a facilitator of transactions, not a guarantor. All payments are processed through Stripe.
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings. All descriptions, photos, fitment information, and condition ratings must be truthful and not misleading. Listings that misrepresent an item will be removed and the seller's account will be actioned.
Listings are free. Partout Garage deducts a tiered commission automatically from each completed sale — 8% on sales up to $500, 6% on $501-$1,500, and 4% above $1,500. Sellers with 10 or more active listings receive a flat 5% rate. Funds are released to sellers within 5-7 days of a completed sale.

Violation of this section will result in immediate listing removal, account suspension, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.
Partout Garage actively moderates the platform to maintain quality and safety. Our moderation includes automated keyword filtering, community reports, and manual review of new seller listings.
Users may appeal moderation decisions by submitting an appeal through the Contact & Support page. Appeals are reviewed within 48 hours.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Partout Garage and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to disputes between buyers and sellers, non-delivery of items, misrepresented listings, or any losses arising from transactions conducted on the Platform.
Partout Garage reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time and for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Users may also delete their own account at any time from their profile settings.
Partout Garage may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email and a notice on the Platform.

Partout Garage ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
When you create an account we collect your username, email address, state of residence, and password (stored securely as a hash — we never see your actual password). If you verify your phone number, we store it for security purposes only.
When you post a listing we collect the listing details, photos, pricing, and fitment information you provide. This information is displayed publicly on the Platform.
We collect standard usage data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and search queries. This data is used to improve the Platform and is never sold to third parties.
Partout Garage does not collect or store any payment information. All payments are processed through Stripe. Please refer to Stripe's Privacy Policy for information on how payment data is handled. Partout Garage never sees or stores your financial details.
🚫 We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or third parties. Ever. Partout Garage's revenue comes from a commission on completed sales. Listings are free. Your data is not our product.
Your public profile information (username, state, seller rating, listing history) is visible to other users. Your email address, phone number, and exact location are never shown publicly.
We may share information with law enforcement or regulatory authorities if required by law or in response to a valid legal request.
We use Supabase for our backend infrastructure, which employs industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text. We conduct regular security reviews of our platform.
We use essential cookies only — for session management and authentication. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.
